Photographed at dawn in April 2013, this is the medieval Charles Bridge which spans the river Vltava in city centre Prague.
We all have our artistic influences and I've made no secret of the fact that Michael Kenna is my favourite fine art photographer working in black and white and I've long admired his beautiful photos.
I discovered however after I'd taken this particular photo and processed it that it is unintentionally very close in composition to one produced by Mr Kenna - one of the perils of being a world famous photographer like Michael Kenna is that sometimes your influence on others can be unexpectedly profound.
Any profits made from the sale of prints of this particular photograph will be donated to charity.
